Good news received passport of my wife on 30th Oct 2013. Sorry for delay in updating due to away from computer access. And she is flying on 11th November 2013. Hope everyone is doing good and above to resolve their concerns. I am so happy and wish everyone get their visa very soon................best of luck.................

Hi Saju,

Assuming either of your or your wife's parents or some close relatives or friends (whom you can trust and your kids dont mind staying with them) are in India who can take of your children for a week, I would suggest you to make your wife finish the landing formalities before nov 20th. Then apply for PR card and etc etc for her and make her travel back to India within a week.

Then once you get her PR card it can be mailed back to her back in India and finish your kids visa stuff.

Try avoiding the remedicals or othr options somehow.

is there any chance for calling for Interview when NDVO puts ur file in IP, is there any possibility for calling to sponser by phone by NDVO for interview

anything is possible with NDVO...there was a case with one forum member where one officer decided to waive interview and after the strike was over another one decided to order an interview..even though forum members indicate red flags for interview there is no set formula which says if you have x,y,z conditions, you will be called for an interview (though generally short term relationship, age difference, no clear cut divorce, secret marriage with no family present etc are considered red flags)
