I feel as my file is flagged for interview as all april applicants in good numbers are getting DM's.

This is sad because now jan nd feb who didn't hear anything for a long time are getting interviewed. So March and April applicants who haven't' heard anything will be getting interviewed after January... this is my gut feeling.

Apply for notes or go to mp........all 49 files cant get interview ........on this forum its 49 outside must be 1000+still waiting........give it time till nov I feel.....

My timeline is Applied on Jan 14,2013 nd file transfered to New Delhi office on 4 feb 2013
PPR 16 march nd sent on 18 March 2013
After a long time i got a call from chandigarh embassy saying your interview is scheduled for 18nov at chandigarh embassy..
Luks lyk they r calling jan nd feb applicants for da interview cuz of strike which is very bad... Lets see wats gunna happen in da interview...

I'm also Jan 2013 applicant in queue for interview and we applied 10 days before u still no call for our interview. Could you tell me when did you receive the call? It seems that now they give really short notice... 2 weeks only... This is scarying me as i want to go with my husband to interview and I don't know if I will have my visa to go to india on time and if i will get a leave of absence with a so short notice!

Looking at all this even i scaer about the interview.


Inprogress ke baad bhi there are chances of interview kya.......I have applied for gcms notes, will get them on 28th november.

I got call a week ago on 29 oct...
They sent mail on the email id's of sponsor nd applicant nd they wrote they want da availability of the sponsor at the same time for da fone interview nd if the sponsor is in india den he/she can accompany you...but it is not neccesary to b here... So dont worry u can match ur time for da interview...nd they also wrote that they dnt contact every sponsor... Its not neccesary

Thanks for your reply, so it is almost 3 weeks notice so it is a bit better that I thought! However, for me there is no ways that I won't attend as I heard many story where it has been rejected when the sponsor was not attending (it looks like they are more doubtful that the relationship is genuine when the sponsor is not attending) and everyone going with the sponsor to the interview that I heard, have been approved. So I guess this is like bonus points... And they might be then less peaky on the questions... No proof of all that but don't want to take any chance!

And I don't get how they proceed to schedule interviews... Thought At least for the interview they were going by chronological order... But apparently for that too they don't care about it... So anyway we will get ready to receive a call anytime as they started 2013 applicants interviews! Did you get first a call and then an email?
