after receiving prompt reply to my post i re checked the dates
application was received on 9th may by cic-m
31st may processing aplication
31 may I received application no. in email
13 june dated letter was received on 20th june asking for passport
24 june courier delivered my doc(passport) to chc new delhi

my wife is sponsoring me she is a canadian citizen. I don't know the sponsorship approval date or the AOR date
......

hi, what if they send you passport back to you just one week before your medical expires? mine is expiring on 3 Dec. So worried

Maybe u guys will get good newss this month and ankg already in process so surely will get dm this month for you! good.luck guys.

hey ankgs ....trust me it will suddenly chg to dm..............it hardly takes them a day or 2 ......in nov itself u will get good news......u r already in IP nothing to worry now all worries over.......wish u a speedy speedy visa......

hello guys my wife got her DM today my file was in process since Oct 10th .. im super excited good luck to everyone who are still waiting for theirs and special thanks to myrah

Criminal background check is pretty quick but security check can take a bit longer. I doubt it will take 2 months for security check...hopefully not. So dont worry...you should get good news before 2 months.

You never know what the NDVO will do, they may send the passport back for re-medicals. hope they extend the medical.
