so im the one to fill the form who is sponsoring my hubby. That means i put my full name from "your spouse or common in law name" n put hubby name from " your full name" ? I thought i hv to put my name from your full name because im only filling the form. Access an info not privacy act ? I hope im right.

Also there is signature bottom. Your signature is my name who is sponsor. N spouse signature is applicant? Little confused.

Okay see,
Your Name- Principal Applicant Name (Last Name and First name)

Spouse Name- Sponsor Name (Who is living in Canada)

your Designated individual's name- Sponsor Name (who is applying the GCMS Notes)

Your Signature- Applicant Signature

Spouse Signature- Sponsor Signature

Hey guys finally it's decision made(in process since aug 14th)....can't express my happiness. Ndvo has dispatched my wife's passport to VFS Kathmandu today 2013-10-31 hopefully she will receive in couple of days.

That was too quick lucky you. We have been waiting since January and you are March applicant. I guess your case was straight forward no travel history first marriage. Have a wonderful life ahead..

Can any one who has got the visa tell me that after you sent the visa or passport did the status change to DM or medical received or you received the passport with the visa one fine day with the status still in process?
