Myrah ur flight was supposed to be on 31st October and i think that you have to change ur date for the flight you were supposed to take today. Its really sad you have to pay for date change charges

Why can't they process like Skilled Labor or Canadian Experience Class applications? Going chronologically will avoid the frustrations. Seeing In process for 3 months is annoying and how are those didn't have any updates more than 3 months are holding up?

I agree with you. And In process for 3 months is even more frustrating! I really thought after "in process"...it barely takes more than 3-4 weeks to get Passport back with visa.....but 3 months is way too long!! did you try contacting them ? ( i guess thats useless)

anyone else with in progress for more than 2 or 3 months ???

A quick question. To apply for GCMS notes, I need a consent form from my wife (as she is the one I am sponsoring from India). Do i need the original copy of the consent form or can she fill it out, scan and email it to me?

I am off to work. I will check back a little later.

Contacting them is a real waste of time. They said email it for every question we asked.

However, i have applied for notes 10 days before and requested MP to inquire the status last week. Hope my MP responds by tomorrow. Next step is to mail the minister.

She can scan and send it to you. Ultimately you gonna upload the scanned page when applying.
