just sleep everyday with a hope that next day we wake up and check our ecas we get to see decision made in place of stupid words application received. These words are the most hated words by me till now I wish If could find the person who so ever has control of processing the applications please look into our files as well clear them out. In return we cant give them anything else except blessing I hope in case someone who has something to do with the processing of files could feel what we are feeling now and what we are going through rite now and they just process the files right away. Just a wish to god at the end of festival of karvachauth that i could be there with my other half and see her doing stuff that every man wishes to see that her wife does on karva chauth for him. Specially these are the moments we have for the first and last time in life that this festival and this time can never come back again and this all I know.

Please requesting guys working at NDVO to process the files very soon and give us the visa to be with our better halfs ..............

Just wondering, is there any other country which has a slow process for a spousal visa as Canada does? U.S and U.K process spousal visa in no less than two weeks i guess.

I received the GCMS notes today and i'm bit confused about my PPR . I didnt receive any email requesting PPR and last month i have applied for GCMS. There are couple of places where they have mentiond about PPR. Please suggest me or guide me what exactly does it mean and what should i do immediately..I saw the same thing under Correnspondence and i can see another one on 13 page as mentioned below

In my case we got an email from NDVO saying:
Dear Applicant,

This is with reference to your application for Permanent Residence in Canada.
Kindly provide us with your passport as soon as possible. Please be advised your medicals are valid till 21November 2013.

hey , when did u receive this email ? If u received yesterday, this is exactly 1 month before expiry, right? Mine is expiring in dec 3

They sent that email on July 26th.

I got my notes today and it says Eligibility - In process, Security & Criminality - Not Started. Notes section stated - Interview Waiver Recommended. Relationship is genuine and couple seems to be compatible, etc.. File sent to officer for review. Lets hope I get the good news soon

Seems like they sent you an email for PPR back in August. If you don't see any email in your inbox or junk that means some how it did not reach you. I would say send the passport as soon as you can with the photocopy of the section which shows they sent an email for PPR. I know lots of ppl who missed their PPR and did exactly what I mentioned above and it worked absolutely fine.

i was waiting for ur post..good to see that interview waiver recommended...in eligibility its says IN process OR Recommend Passed....what abt the Medical...same as it i got mine Notes on Oct 4th..!!

Guys I heard back from MP today that my hubby is in queue for interview NDVO said could be 1-3 months but most likely 2 months ! I better start planning to there in December

One year ago, at that time, we were about to start our wedding ceremony! One year later I'm in Canada... He's in India... Still no updates from CIC...

At least skype is there... We'll share that moment on skype together!!!

Cool....So even interview waivers can be delayed....I hope no interview for us too...we have almost same timeline and thought we are late coz of an interview scheduling process....bit relieved after looking at ur notes...
