any communication needs to have the letter you received form the NDVO
but giving them too much will also slow things down....
for your divorce you would need to send the divorce decree when you are applying itself...is your divorce not through?

The divorce is through and the certificate and final order was already filed with the application. However, I have heard
that they generally send a letter to ask for the divorce petition which I have but not sent them yet. I was hoping to send
them any way to avoid any processing delays in case they send any letter.

It great to know that many of the applicants from 2013 have already received their visas but its already been 7 months for me.

YUP, it is Just goes to show how much everyone is involved on this forum. Everyone, such as Myrah, is doing a great job supporting one another and keeping this forum running.
And on this note, it would have been even better if 130 people on this forum would have already received their DMs since Jan 2013 : instead of the current 75. But NDVO is working on the applications and I am sure everyone will get their passports with shiny visas back soon

I got rejection for Jan 2014 for Dalhousie University Sad.. the reason of refusal:your proposed stdies r nt reasonable in light of 1 or more of: ur qualifications, previous stdies, employment , level of establishment, language abilities, or ur future propects and plans.
I got admission in dalhousie UNI for M.engg in internetworking. my profile is B.E (E&C) 58% (10 backlogs with repeatation) and an year gap during U.G means B.E completed in 5 years. IELTS- 6.5 (min 6 in each),also my final year project was on networking and I have also submitted a certificate from a private institute of N+, CCNA, MCSE where I have done training of these networking courses .. sufficient funds shown, but SOP was very poor... applied under university category.. now how to resolve this issue with this profile?? plz guide me, I am desparately looking for help on this as I want to re-apply soon for the same intake.

Wow thats bad they rejected you because the people that they need is in networking. U said u have ccna. Is it cisco certified??

Not sure how to help you in this but maybe with your qualifications you get approved to be in college. I did Computer Systems Technician program at college and most of students were international students from india.

hey guys hw ru al? congrats who gt in process , DM n pp wid visa...

31st oct is ma last day of medical still no update... frankly speaking i lost hope tht i vl gt visa soon i dnt hv any gut feeling now.. im positive i vl gt visa but nt soon.. it v tke tym re-meds i dnt knw if they ask for re-pcc ( god knws) thn interview... more 6 mnths or less nhi pata mujhko...

magessss ka meds expire hua hai in august 2 mnths hgye no interview date or re-meds ki koi update hes waiting... i knw i hv to wait too hw long allah knws best...

but frm now on i will nt chk ecas i dnt want to... i feel happy atleast other members r getting some update but same tym i feel kcked by ndvo.... anyways... allah rehem kare madad kare ameen

is oct 31, 2012 the day that NDVO got your medical results..my understanding is whenever NDVO got medical results is the date that they calculate the time of expiry and not the day medicals was done..I may be wrong..besides you have another 10 more days to go. For some people NDVO had given few days of time to pack and go before the expiry date. NDVO and airlines industry have some kind of deal to keep airline industries to make more money. Also, in some cases they have not asked to re-do medicals. Anything can happen? I can check your ecas for you..that's all i do is to check this forum and ecas and what else to do with the monsoon in full progress in Tamil Nadu (for now, I am waiting for power or internet service to go down then I will be watching for postman swimming in the water to deliver my ecas in person)

applied for PR through Family Visa. Now my question is when i check for application status > Permanent residence from outside Canada > Under the category i don't find anything such as "spousal Sponsorship". So i end up checking it this way - check for application status > sponsorship > sponsoring a spouse living outside Canada > n then enter my name and check the status. Is this the right way of checking it coz am being sponsored and my wife is the sponsor. Or do i have to wait till i hear from NDVO to be able to check my part of the application as sponsored spouse.
