Can we send it via mail or courier to someone in India and then ask them to send it ??
Would they hold until the process is finalized for us to submit PP, have you seen any such cases?

hey isnt ur spouse gonna need PP while he/she is in States. This sounds risky.

you can also request for another PPR -- which u'll,rcv at the end of the process -- this option might delay the process a bit (that's what i have heard) but i am sure wont delay it much juz few weeks more -- this sure is a safe option in any case.

that's how I applied under access to information act. Takes about 30 day to get should be by nov 8 unless its weekend. Good luck

Yes i have sent inquiry mails on the same email-id so many times (got reply once and that too after more than 2 months). But in case of medicals it's not necessary to inquire as status of many applicants got changed directly to "In Process" or "Decision Made".
