Are most of the Jan/Feb applicants done ? I mean..its almost the end of the year...damn

Its kinda unfair that these visa officers dont process applications in a chronological order.

We are still waiting. With each day its getting so frustrating...it pinches even more that they are not following chronological order. Please dig out our files officers...where have you burried them!!!

Hi guys,

I got an email from MP office... Not fruitful and waste of time ... Not Sure when I am going to get the PPR ... :( :(

This refers to your enquiry mentioned below.

This application is currently awaiting initial review, following which we will contact the applicant directly to advise of any additional information or action required.

We are striving to make our processing of Family Class applications as efficient as possible. We continue to meet our commitment to a service standard of 6 months to finalization for at least 80% of cases for sponsored spouses, partners, and children. Processing times are calculated from the date the application is approved by Case Processing Centre Mississauga, after which it is sent to the visa office for further processing. For individual cases, actual processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the application and the number of new applications received by the visa office.

For actual processing times of permanent resident applications in New Delhi for the last 12 months, please visit this website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/menu-perm.asp. Applicants may also refer to our website, www.india.gc.ca, for more information about processing times. Applicants can also check the status of their case on the CIC website by selecting the link for Client Application Status: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas&lang=en.

I trust that this information will be of assistance in responding to your constituent.

Sincerely,

same to same reply for me too...

Congrats on DM, great to see in process. Interestingly what I noticed that during the strike lot of ppl got DM directly, but now it is always "in Process"

Still no PP with visa.
Something seems fishy... :( :( :( :( :( :(

It's only last Thursday you got Decision Made. Just give it atleast 1 - 2 weeks. Things will be fine, don't worry.
Congratulations on your decision made

Yes only ur husband "The sponsor" can apply for notes, Yes u have to send him the "IMM5744E" consent form with ur signature & date after that you have to scan it and e mail it to him then he has to download it and sign it then he has to scan it again so he can send it.

regards.

Hello Everyone,

Just a quick update. The ATIP site has been updated and there are few changes when ordering notes.

I think because of all the GCMS notes that are being ordered they have actually added fields to indicate if you are looking to order notes on a sponsorship file. As before, it used to be Immigration File: Permanent Residence.

Yes, we applied for GCMS notes on 11october. Lets see what they say. How about you, did you apply again?
