NEW DELHI - 2013 APPLICANTS.

Hi, My husband has applied my spousal case PR file from New Delhi office. He applied my file in Canada on 02 May 2013, and New Delhi office demanded my Passport on 14 June 2013. and I submitted my passport on 27 June 2013. Since then the status is application received. Any other applicant of 2013 here? I am waiting for my passport. I guess, the processing time is taking more time, Is it? I already two times visited Canada on Visitor visa in 2011 and 2013. I am expecting to get my passport soon. Any suggestion?

hey processing time as per CIC website is 11 month for us -- it usually takes anytime b/w 3 to 11 months after PPR, sometimes even more. Depends upon case to case - as they say every file s diff for them. So cant say - and thrs nothing v can do now. Our part i.e preparing a file is already done. Now wait wait wait -- good luck

You have to apply online so you can apply from anywhere.

No it's not like that they will be working on file and ask for that in end; have you requested GCMS notes?

Not exactly what I was hoping for but ecas now got updated to medical received lol im april applicant.

As per gcms notes interview was recommended for waiver on Oct 10th. Was expecting to see in process today NDVO just teased me and finally updated medicals on ecas

Finally Myrah, The file is in Process. October 10th - March Applicant.
P/S I am still waiting for my GCMS notes its been 34 days and still haven't received them. Hopefully i should have something by end of today as it was long weekend followed by a Stat Holiday. Keeping fingers crossed.

Hey Can4, i haven't received the GCMS notes yet. Its been 34 day. Maybe because of long weekend they got delayed. I did write them an email yesterday asking for the notes as to what happened and haven't heard anything back yet from them. Hoping to hear from them probably by end of today.

My ecas got updated today to file in Process. October 10th.

Finally was overjoyed to see the status of my application changed to in progress...following is the update..

1.We received your application for permanent residence on April 3, 2013.

2.We started processing your application on October 10, 2013.

3.Medical results have been received.

I have requested cliff notes, bank notes, study guides, all sorts of notes from NDVO...everything shows 'not started yet' as far as ppr; interview; background check, etc

I wrote them email stating I selected for electronic copy when I ordered not physical. They never responded and just sent electronic on oct 11 almost 3 months it took

I had got tired of waiting and requested notes again sept 20 hopefully those will come within next 5-7 days

Why you applied notes again as you are April applicant and most of april applicants are waiting...

orginally ordered in july to confirm if passport was received by ndvo as we had sent in june. also because our file was only one that never had medicals received on ecas

after waiting 2 months I thought the first ones I ordered would not come so on sept 20 ordered again. Oct 11 got the notes that I ordered on july which I wasn't expecting.

as per notes eligibility was recommended pass and in process. Interview was recommended for waiver. Medicals passed. Passport received and no red flags. Security was not started. In the notes it was dated oct 10th for eligibility in process and recommended pass and same for interview waiver.
