if you look at his post on the left side he/she has given a timeline...according to that timeline, application was filed in May 2012..hats off to him/her for the long wait and I haven't searched his/her post to find out if there was any complaint about the delay. I am amused at some people who applied few months ago and they get impatient and complain about the delay. Wasn't it in Hindu mythology that Rama waited for 14 years? did he complain? not that I know of. I got to google and find out.

a little bit of excitment is good for this forum..sometimes this forum goes into sleep mode like computer...it becomes alive when someone writes he/she got passport or DM made or went into process then people wish that person to get a shiny visa soon..there was one case in this forum who got his visa in 6 months... so you may get excited again if such rare thing happens again

Sorry but who's complaining? I just got too excited looking at the date..I didn't even notice the year...I am happy... I have been living with my husband since our wedding... And even if I wasn't.. I wouldn't sit here and complain... We all knew about it when we decided to get married outside of Canada.. I lived without him before and I can do it again... No choice... .. gotta go through this... Like it or hate it..

I didn't say it was you..some people were (though legitimate to complain if it is really delayed for a long time...If I apply for visa in Sept and expect the process to be over by October then I am nuts)

Rama waited 14 years , But He was with His wife "Sita G" at that moment...

I can understand your point of view. But for example, when I had to live a pregnancy alone in Canada because I had too much nauseas to stay in India, and I had to give birth to my son without my husband, and had to wait that my son has 11 months before finally be able to go see my husband in India and to present him his son, and after a long wait before he gets his indian passport, and FINALLY we can apply for permanent residence, the days seem to be very very longs .... we do not always know the stories of others!
