Here is my timeline, maybe it'll help you get a better idea of how long it will take:

Application filed/received in Mississauga: July 11, 2013 (medicals sent with application)
Sponsorship approved: August 12,2013
File transferred to New Delhi: August 12,2013
Passport requested: September 4, 2013

i would like to know after submitting my wife divorce petition and my education ceritificate how long it will take to process application i am apr 2013 applicant

My anniversary passed, Medical expired and 10 months has passed.

I called MP again to find out whats going on and HE WAS RUDE :-\ He said it might delay the process which is ridiculously bad excuse to be so lazy..

I sent email twice already to NDVO but No respond.

Still waiting for an interview date. :-\

Whats going to happen if you medical is expired already?? mine was expired end of september..
Are they going to ask to redot medical??? If so, are they going to take longer?? I waited enough ..

All 2012 applicants waited long enough...

Did u apply for gcms note? That helps to see what is exactly done in yr application..
You will b asked to go for medical again..
Also, if u already know u r getting an interview, then don't wait to do medical after interview... Just do yr medical before u go for interview.. I mean 15-20 days before so after interview, they can issue visa n don't have to wait for us medical results...
