hello.. eevrybody.. I just woke up and got the first e-mail with the file number.. thank u baba ji.... and thanks to all of you for the positive vibes.... ... So i now does this mean my file will be transferred to New delhi soon...
They received my file on 23rd september.... I wish all of u get your passports back soon.. and then we can be with our loved ones... god bless all..

The Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers (PAFSO) union is currently taking strike action. PAFSO union members responsible for processing visa applications have been walking out of offices in Canada and overseas.

I still see this on CIC website when we click on second step for processing times

Your file will be transferred if your email says "Sponsorship approved ".
Is that what it says?

I m also march applicant n my file s also eating dust in their ofc. Guys seriously wat I think tht they jst pickedfew files randomly during strike n processed them., those were the luckkky people.. N fr us not evn eligibility has been started cnt say how much tym wil they take to complete the whole thing...

I know this is so frustating!! Jst be positive always

In my case when I received my GCMS notes only medicals were passed, security/background were not started. After 10 days my wife received her PP with Visa.

Meanwhile e-cas was application/medicals received.
So from App/Medicals received, I received the PP with the Visa and same day, e-cas was updated with
- they started processing on Sep 18
-Decision was made on Sept 18
-Officer will contact blah blah...

So you can expect your PP anytime if u see in-process
All the best buddy...

And yes, I'm going to India and we will come back to Canada together

Yes. All is well.
In-process is the status.
Applied GCMS , did MP enquiry.
Both indicated no interview , background and security check pending.

Any idea how long I will have to wait ? Also both confirmed eligibility is over and passed.
I hope to get good news soon. Likewise you are travelling to India to bring your spouse to Canada?

I think You, Me, Steve Jones & Zormas are the only March applicants left with no update on E cas.

I am sorry to say I am also a march applicant waiting for my spouse visa. I think either CHC new Delhi people have no family life coz they are not understanding what we are going through or they have no feelings

I think it means office will send your passport soon with your golden VISA !!!!!

That is not correct....PAFSO has been back to work since Monday or maybe last Friday.
CIC is just too friggin lazy to update their damn site.

If its an interview , a decision can be made only after interview takes place. So dont worry . You are all set
