My recomendation is you wait at least another 2 weeks before you apply, as all the office are back to work in full capcity. You should hear something good soon.

My status is just app received, not even medical recieved.
Before 1 month i applied for note. And yesterday i got email from GCMS.
and last update of my file is 1st sept. After that no any action.
So is it good to apply 2nd time GCMS and meet MP?
or if we apply more GCMS it will delay proceesing?

If a May applicant like me applied for 2nd gcms, what's stopping you? there is another person in this forum who keeps applying for notes every month and it didn't stop the process for him. Notes request is processed elsewhere (I believe in Canada) so there won't be any delay in getting your visa (there will be delay because of NDVO guys can't get their acts together not because you ordered too many GCMS)

I would say let him/her apply since generating notes takes a month and if in the meantime he/she hears from NDVO about application, nothing is lost only $5...if you are worried that if MP or lawyer would say requesting notes would affect the process, please talk to Myrah..she recommended a hard slap few posts ago

No, you dont have to send hard copy of CSQ to NDVO.

Immigration quebec will send hard copy to NDVO. But its better to send an email to NDVO with a scanned copy of your CSQ just to make sure you are safe.

No it won't effect .. One of forum members namachiiii used to apply notes every two weeks n he got his visa last month .. So it clearly tells that notes don't delay the processing ..

Of course that is his/her choice. It does not effect the process.. but I guess im just looking at it in a way that since everyone is back to work, we should hear something good soon. and just hang in there till we get some good news ...
