Any suggestions for me, my time line is:
Category........: FAM
Visa Office......: NDVO
App. Filed.......: March , 2013
File Transfer...: April , 2013
Passport Req....: Not Yet !!

this is very difficult to say abt ur case, have u chkd ur mail box or spam also, in my case when they send mail to me they sent to me in my spam box, and mostly i delete my spam box without read any mail but that day i was reading and i found and mail from embassy, that is my luck.... and other option is, u should apply for the notes........ dont worry,,,, god bless u,,,,,

Hey guys, my wife's file got transfered to delhi on july 31st. But she havnt got passport request yet.
Looking at most of the timelines on this page, it seem like they are passport within one month of file transfer.
Is it something unusual ? And how do they usually send passport request, my paper mail in india or through my email ?

ppr usually comes by email.......I think u shld apply for notes..to see if u have missed ppr.....see my signature below how to apply ........ since officers bk to work from Monday I suppose u shld get it but y take chances and further delay your file.......

Did you send your passport through VFS Global or a courier?

passport sent through courier DHL but applied for the return of the passport through VFS...

one question.. previously i told tht im unable to pay wid card for GCMS notes as d street name space is nt enuff... so we mailed thm d form n cheq... did any1 applied thru mail??? if ys hw mch tym did it tk?

We all know strike is over but I believe they have backlog of all category files so must need to apply for notes as it's take 30 days minimum for reply

We sent the request for notes through mail, with a cheque for 5$. We got the notes in 31 days!

I guess it's all the same sainali !!!!
