Its not the form , but the letter that NDVO sends you to contact VFS kathmandu regarding the return of your passport, you need to submit that letter ,a photocopy of a passport and a demand draft of Rs,1220 .. then only VFS can arrange to get your passport back to you from NDVO.VFS gives you then a tracking number to track your passport.. I just did the same today visiting the VFS office itself...hoping to get my PP back within the couple of days..

Hi Myrah,

My Status changed to INPROCESS today at Noon. I did check in the morning as well and it was only showing application received, medicals received.

Hopefully, I will get to see Decision Made Soon.

Technically it should be her address in India if you are looking at her information. I think this is the address that they have on her file where they will be sending the passports and all other communications

Have you filed your application through a lawyer ?

Well, it was filed thru an immigration consultant, who is friends with my dad. I am pretty angry now because my the delay is due to this error of her having a Canadian address where all the correspondence goes. But could it be that the consultant made himself her representative so the correspondence goes through him? I will call him today in about an hour and find out whats up....Grrrrrrrrr HULK MAD

If you have the copy of your file, check your documents that waht was the address for your wife.
I guess u're right. May be he made himself as the contact person and that is why it is not her address on the file.
But is it your address or your consultant's address that u see on her e-cas?
