My Status changed to INPROCESS today at Noon. I did check in the morning as well and it was only showing application received, medicals received.

Hopefully, I will get to see Decision Made Soon.

At this point of time, they check everything of the APPLICANT, am i right? Do they check sponsor's anything at this time? In my case, applicant does not have travel history. Our case is stright-forward cultural marriage. I dont think i need to worry, but still worried

Its not the form , but the letter that NDVO sends you to contact VFS kathmandu regarding the return of your passport, you need to submit that letter ,a photocopy of a passport and a demand draft of Rs,1220 .. then only VFS can arrange to get your passport back to you from NDVO.VFS gives you then a tracking number to track your passport.. I just did the same today visiting the VFS office itself...hoping to get my PP back within the couple of days..

Not the sponsor , but the applicant should email NDVO to send the letter, right?

Hey buddy did u contact MP or apply GCMS Notes..?

@ Steve jones, I am a Quebec Applicant. Got additional family tree information document request in Aug by email. Received GCMS notes the very next day and found out what the exact request was as it wasn't that clear in the requested email. Did MP inquiry after sending documents found out that they received it fine. Finally, my wife got call from them asking for some information on Sep 19 DM after 2 days. and yah Med exp - 30 Oct

Not the sponsor , but the applicant should email NDVO to send the letter, right?

No, when your application gets to In process and your file has almost been finalized then NDVO itself sends the letter to you to contact the vfs office to return your Passport back to you...applicant or sponsor doesn't need to send any letter to NDVO, and neither they reply your email...
