I received an email from NDVO, they are asking my husband's divorce certificate of previous marriage. I have to send in 30 days.

Can we go to WAQF for divorce certificate? Would it work? If yes then where should we go for this?

I received this text:
- Legal document of divorce of your sponsor's first marriage, issued by a competent and recognized court of law

My spouse is a permanent residence in Canada and she applied the ATIP/GCMS Notes. she applied under Access to information act and pay $5 is it okay????or we need to applied under privacy act??

i got same email last month. send them divorce application petition, certificate of decision and judgement of divorve. u ll be fine. and send them asap

Thats correct, privac act is for for canadian citizen/PR which you are not, yet
