I filed my spouse application for pr on march 11 and her passport as been sent to delhi on 16 may and havenr heard anything since then. is that normal or i need to inquiry?

Yes it is normal, just wait till end of October u will hear good news. They started to give visas for Jan, Feb applicants. Mar is next.

I am also from the clan of silent observers. Thank you all for the much-needed support system ie the 'New Delhi- 2013 applicants' thread. It has been great to be a part of it (silent nevertheless). My husband and I got married in December 2012 and filed our application on March 25, 2013.

A teeny news to share (don't know if this is anything to be chirpy about!).

Today our ecas shows 'In-process'. We have been checking ecas regularly so this got updated today.

Timeline is as follows:

App. Filed: 25 March 2013
Medicals: January 2013
SA: 17 April 2013
Passport Req: 15 May 2013
Passport sent: 14 June 2013
Ecas: In process

We have applied for GCMS notes twice. Both are pending response.

Fingers are crossed and we are hoping all of us in this forum get to be with our husbands and wives soon. All this wait will prove to be worth it. [/flash]

I also have same timeline as we got married in Dec 2012 and filed application on 18th March. I haven't applied for GCMS notes and am seriously considering this option now as they have the ppt since 2nd May.

Can you please let me know how you applied for them.

There are many who get a DM straight. You may be a lucky one. Lets hope for the best. I actually Don't know if this means anything at all. Scared to be too hopeful. There have been people waiting for a month since 'In-process'

Wow you are lucky, my application reached CIC on 22nd Mar but my status is still Application Received Our timelines are very similar

It changed today on September 16th, notifying that they have been in process since September 13th.
