Yes , the reason you sign the consent because you are authorizing your spouse to obtain information on your file on your behalf.

If you are asking for your own information it is "privacy act" for someone else it is "access to information". There is a $5 fee for the access to information request.

Well, we are not here to collect any kind of credit. We all are here to help each other. While you were away everybody was looking for you to update the sheet but u never replied. So some people took responsibility and start updating the sheet. I was one of them. We did our best. As we all are helping each other, this was the least that we could try to help others.
