it depends case to case and frankly LUCK ...pls from 1st week jan are still waiting .......for visa's

decision is coming soon..because PAFSO knows their official time of strike is over ..and now their are just playing with the emotions of departed families ...in first week of october ..parliament session is going to be held ...where all MPs of canadian parliament are deciding to have voting on the issue of PAFSO Strike .if the voting will be done in favor of treasury board ..then forcibly BACK TO WORK LEGISLATION law be in action .this will pressurize to pafso worker to call off strike ..because if dont do so...they could be fired from their jobs ...then they will get nothing .....NO JOB NO HIKE IN SALARIES ...to kill two birds with one stone

Yes you are right as some 2012 applicants are still waiting, and only NDVO knows how they work..

so many still waiting for 2012 this really breaks my heart...Practically thinking..imagine any of us wait for so long...which possibly will happen to some.... o god i wish this never happens to anyone such torture

Yes you are right as some 2012 applicants are still waiting, and only NDVO knows how they work..

It's very wired how they work some gets visa in 6 months some gets in 8 months some gets in a year and most important things affect us is there is no transparency like what phase we are which phase took what amount of time so, we totally depend on luck and even we are so hanged that we even can't plan concrete. we just spend month to month just we get a visa soon or we get any update soon.

I know they also having a tons of files for process for diff diff category and diff diff background of applicant and mean time also have to verify that any applicant is not illegal but frankly I believe those who want to go legally those any faces more issues for visa to go out country.

So, only thing left on us is keep busy what we r doing for living, keep update with application process and not have to loose hopes.

Someone got the passport bk yesterday from NDVO

Unbelievable, never thought in this situation, sponsored my wife on February 6 th nd sent her passport on May 26 nd she received her passport back with visa today. I just pray to god everyday..God bless you all ..Don't loose d confident.. And my status haven't changed still. it shows Application Received. .

You know I worked with government people I'm belongs to software development field I was in USA for last 3yrs and they are still working with the very old technology and they even don't have a guts to change in new and they even don't want to change else they have to be out from office as new technology for them is like out of their control
