Do i need to enter my wife name under Spouse name or leave blank?

there are 3 part

1) Your name: must be my name

2)Spouse name: is i have to enter my wife name?

3)Designated individual name: gonna write my wife name

First of all thank you for making this forum a very useful tool for all of us to use.

Have a question reg my case.
My wife and myself are adopting a child from India. We both are Canadians.
We have sent in our application to VO in ND (stage 1 of sponser approval all done in Mississauga).

I was wondering what the timelines are. Also wondering what impact the strike will have on our application...
What we are waiting for is receipt of medical forms..

I guess Due Date means Process has to be complete before 2013/09/15

Takes 30 days but maybe a delay coz of strike.....once u get notes then u will know if u missed the ppr or not......in the mean while send delhi email....u nevr know u get your ppr

u guys dont need to - as so far process is going smooth for you guys - u r not missing anything. So there s no need. Just keep some patience.

I guess u don't need to go for GCMS notes as NDVO has passport so they may take more then 2-3 months for DM
