hi all
i am a PR holder, married on this may 2013, so planning to apply for my wife. i applied for the visiting visa just 10 days back and got rejected becoz of ties to own country and canada then lack of funds.
as i am almost ready to apply for PR for my wife, TRV rejection came in. so really confused whether to reapply for TRV, if so what to show for ties and how much fund for 6 months stay approximately. will it really worth reapply as i heard that there is a lots of back log.
please suggest me ..
thank u
No point applying coz she will still be rejected....u don't have a choice but wait till she gets her pr...I know its sad but we all are waiting
The visa officer will deny the application if your wife has no job in India that she can go back to.. And the visa officer fears that your wife will try to apply in Canada so she could stay longer..
Does your wife have any travel history outside India?
Most points where they REJECT u....
1.Your travel history
2.Your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
3.Length of proposed stay in Canada
4.Purpose of visit
5.Your current employment situation
6.Your personal assets and financial status
Please apply for her pr asap.....hopefully by next year u will get her visa now !!
