Hi guys, I was wondering if people could share the time periods in which they have received the passport after change in online status to "decision made". Also does the passport come by courier or speed post/registered mail? Many thanks.

I am posting my timeline below:

App. Filed.......: 01-02-2013
AOR Received.: 08-04-2013
Passport Sent: 16-04-2013
Med's Done....: January 2013
Decision Made: 03-09-2013
Waiting to receive passport

Hi Congrats and welcome to the forum, you can expect your PP back with in 3-8 days (depending upon your location) after DM and it's gonna come by Registered Post if you are from India and By Courier if you are in Nepal.

sometimes they changed it along with dm - and sometimes they don't. SKAS's address wasn't changed tho her status was showing DM -- she even got ppt back and her husband s landing on 13th. Not sure now is there any change in the address or not.

one more trackitt user mp123 got decision made on sept 06, 2013....... below is his timeline

Until yesterday i was so annoyed watching my e case status as application received...
And here we go....got decision made on 6th sept.
My time line:
App. Date: 7th feb. 13
Med. done in jan. 13
Pass. Req. : 15th may 13
Decision made: 6th sept. 13
On our file we directly got decision made instead of getting in process ..!!

Thanks a lot to ppl using forum as i got lots of information over here..and thanks guys who give their time here and keep everyone updated about strike and everything .

If you apply online then you don't need to fill all these forms; you can just fill in IMM5744-scan and email to your wife and she can apply notes for your file.

You can get help from those youtube videos on how to apply online.

Also - Did you send your documents that NDVO requested; did you get any reply or other communication from them?

YES , THEY requested complete divorce petition and i sent them next day. they requested on 12th aug, and i sent on 13th. any idea when they will open my file??

My husband just recieved his passport with shinning visa
so no more wait game for me.......
