once she is approved as sponsor then she can go. Should stay until sponsorship is approved in case they request anything from her. I went back to see my wife after sponsor approval

2-3 weeks more - hopefully. Usually its done in 40 to 60 days.

Hello everyone,
I am following this forum from a long time, As I sponsored my wife. I have something to share with all of you.
Application to Missisauga: 16 Jan, 2013.
Sponsorship Approved: 11 Feb, 2013. Then file transfered to NDVO.
Passport request: 9 March, 2013.
Now, my status shows "IN PROCESS" they had started to work on my application on 3rd september.
My another friend (who has same timeline) has DM in his status. As per his status they had started his file on 2 Sep.

I hv been reading this forum since 3-4 months... I sponsored my wife and she is in india.
Until yesterday i was so annoyed watching my e case status as application received...
And here we go....got decision made on 6th sept.
My time line:
App. Date: 7th feb. 13
Med. done in jan. 13
Pass. Req. : 15th may 13
Decision made: 6th sept. 13
On our file we directly got decision made instead of getting in process ..!!

my wife has sponsered me from canada nd now she is in canada and wants to come back to india but we haven't got any mail from cic missisuaga dat sponsorship has been approved or not.. can she come to india now or she should wait for the approval?? plz can u help

she should not come, while your file does not transfr to ndvo........

They don't use courier services here in India and Passport will be delivered through Speed/ Registered post of Indian Postal Service.
