yes R.D I got the same form with my details in it.

Once i again i checked my gcms notes. i guess they can't match the UMI number in the form with the database and it has to be reviewed by VO in NDVO.

ya maybe I tho don't even rem what form I did...all I rem is my hubby talking to them abt the new forms ....I cant really rem ...but my ecas is medical recd so I think it shld be ok?

u kno what I always thought medical recd means your medical reports have been received by your VO office and medical background check will start. Once completed and there is no issue, then you will be line for PPR. but I guess lot of ppl have got ppr and no updates for medical recd in their e-cas......weird

ok now m nt a bit confused.....hw can i make sure if i send watever they asked for for the medical part cuz i literally dont remember a single thing now ....asll i remember is that the doc told me keep this receipt for ur records and we will send the reports directly to new delhi

Do u have a copy of the receipt and check if it same as posted in the picture in the forum.
