just a quick question to all of those who got their dm or visas recently or in the past........did anybody of u fill out this form for medical?

hmmmmm...mine saying medical received since my ecas for NDVO is showing up..i attached the IMM1017 form.

u kno what I always thought medical recd means your medical reports have been received by your VO office and medical background check will start. Once completed and there is no issue, then you will be line for PPR. but I guess lot of ppl have got ppr and no updates for medical recd in their e-cas......weird

ok now m nt a bit confused.....hw can i make sure if i send watever they asked for for the medical part cuz i literally dont remember a single thing now ....asll i remember is that the doc told me keep this receipt for ur records and we will send the reports directly to new delhi

Do u have a copy of the receipt and check if it same as posted in the picture in the forum.

ya I wish I had a copy ....I took a Xerox of everything except the medical receipt..........grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I just have the payment fee receipt ....

what do u mean?? u can make out the original....it has carbon ink with your details... I think

ya I wish I had a copy ....I took a Xerox of everything except the medical receipt..........grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I just have the payment fee receipt ....

I m sure u sent the right report...u get two documents from the Doc one is payment receipt and other is the Medical report form/Receipt with your pic and signature of the DMP on it.

i m sure u shud be able to tell if it is a photocopy or not, how it look like and contents in it.

I m sure u sent the right report...u get two documents from the Doc one is payment receipt and other is the Medical report form/Receipt with your pic and signature of the DMP on it.

the dr writes in one form and there is a carbon paper on the back which is the 2nd copy of the same form right????? that she gives u

I am sure u sent them the right paperwork...but there is no harm in just making sure...gud luck
