Things will ease out after this student visa rush goes away, they got so worried about it that they've put majority of their resources for student visa as they are time sensitive
I am assuming their priority would be student visa, call folks who are nearing expired meds, and those files are complete - else they wouldn't be calling ppl so much

If you wanna know injustice, its been 5.6 years since I applied and yet ppl's folks form 2009 are already here - they tossed some files to CPP-O and some to New Delhi - very bad system but what can you do
