The last one I applied was in July 1st week, for which I got the report in the first week of August. And regarding how NDVO works, it is astonishing to me too... I guess it is purely luck that matters... it may depend on the visa officer to whom our file is assigned.. also, the speed at which background and security checks are done... and I guess again for initiating these checks, it may depend on the visa officer to whom our files are transfered.

Medical results recieved
Does that mean they have not even looked at my file yet?

Yes Passport request was received in March 2013 and was submitted on 25 March 2013. So what does it mean when you estatus says APPLICATION RECEIVED.. So tired of waiting,, I am sure all of us feel the same :'(

Dont worry....they are processing March PPR applications ....so it could be anytime for you..

Ecas is not very reliable...it can be suddenly into IN PROCESS and in few days to DECISION MADE...

Almost all the applicants who are waiting have the same status as you on their ecas..

Be patient for another 5 wks your status will change to "In Process", Just hang in their.

The only thing that MP keep track of it is "Processing Time". They keep them self updated and telling all the people, it is not reached processing time yet. When the 11 mths comes, they will say "Every application is different". This is all the answers you will get.
