Hi Sania,

Dont worry dear. We all are your family. Since the first day when Gulzar started this thread we all come along this far and now we all are like a family.

Haven't you noticed that when 1 member is sad, all other forum members are supporting. When 1 gets VISA everybody is so happy and cheeeerful. We see so much positive energy flowing in the forum.

This forum is really like a family now so never think that way that you dont have a family.
I must say that this family is more supportive in this waiting game.

I talked with MP office again on Friday. They told me that file information is on line so they need not to contact NDVO.
They called someone in Canada and got the status of application.
They got the same reply that processing time is 10-11 months and file has been forwarded to an officer for review.

I honestly think its a waste of time going to MP's and Lawyers.

Me too ..but i have also given a try by calling my MP today....lets see if they can do something

The only thing that MP keep track of it is "Processing Time". They keep them self updated and telling all the people, it is not reached processing time yet. When the 11 mths comes, they will say "Every application is different". This is all the answers you will get.

No i was waiting for the AOR and i was calling them almost everyday. They opened a ticket to look for my file... but they gave up...and then i sent a written complaint to the manger CIC and also sent my second app kit and suddenly they found my app and processed the SA quickly.

How do you write written complaints to CIC manager. Do you have the email address, can you please share it with us.

I wrote a letter with my situation and sent a courier to CIC office....attention to the manager...

and i am not sure if it was co incidence they found my file...which i doubt
