Hi,
Need a small help incase if any one can help.
My husband is in Canada and our sponsorship is approved and file moved to Delhi on 5th feb..
On july 24th my husband filed for GCMS NOTES paying 5$ fees
But so far no revert from them and we have no idea how to follow up with these guys to get the notes..
My husband says he sent hard copy of the consent form and there is no email id on which he can follow up on getting the notes. Can anyone help me...I m stuck everywhere. Feel so helpless.

Have you got their acknowledgement mail after applying for GCMS?

@ contactsm....MP started getting angry ??? no way ur husband should accept that. MPs office will and should help your husband in gathering that information.I did the same for my wife.

Writing to NDVO is useless..they never reply back. I think GCMS note is ur best bet right now...but im sure before u even get the GCMS notes..ul get ur PP request!

That means you don't have any tracking no as I have received mine after payment, you can send email to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca for inquiry.

Dear, i have no idea where he sent..all i know is he told that since he canadian citizen he can ask for notes at 5$ and he seent consent letter...i waited for a month thinking any day i will get the same but yest i got to know that there is not acknowledment no tracking no..nothng...
i know i acted dumb.
m not eager for visa but m worried what is delaying my case...it was crystal clear and genuine case.

Just send them email along with your details like application no plus DOB.You'll surely get reply.

have u checked ur spam folder??? Keep checking ur spam folder many people got there PPR in spam folders so check it as soon as possible.

I got my GCMS notes.. and there in the correspondence section.. page 10.. it says, they sent me AOR from New Delhi on so and so date and with it they included "items requested" as passport photos.

Then in "Incoming" section, they acknowledged that the passport is received.. but also mentioned "passport photos" status as "requested" ...


We donot have any email with request for passport photos. we got that standard email where they request for passport only.. Am just wondering if anyone else has the same experience ? should I just go ahead and send them the photos ? its just 6 photos anyways, but still looking for a guidance.

Don't send the photos unless they send the request. Do not ever do anything like this. Just be patient ur almost their, just hang in their for the request.

but may be they forgot to include the request in the email. like they did for passport request to many other people here.

what to do ???
