Glad to see one good news today. Yesterday one more person received visa. Got to know from other immigration tracking site.

Sponsor Approval (Missisauga Centre): 14 Jan, 2013
Passport request: 7 Mar, 2013
Passport sent: May 19, 2013 (have to re-apply for police certificate from the country where my spouse did her Masters,so we could not submit our passport in Mrach)
June 22: there was an update on status tracker that they are looking into our application.
Decision made: 1 Aug, 2013
Passport received with visa : 13th August(India)

As I had expected they have started to process PR applications assuming the student visa applications are done

2. And in which part of India does your wife stay? I mean in which city was the visa delivered to her!

Pafso have no choice after 15th of September 2013 because Fall session is going to start on 16th september,2013.
Tim Edword and PAFSO Union have lost their hope now thats why they are in hurry for BIN ABR and goes in the doors of Labour Board and they know this is their last hope for binding arb. otherwise by lAWE of Canada the parliament will order them in fall session to return on their work and PAFSO have to return.

So its not much importent now whether on 22th august 2013 Labour Board resolve this issue or not because after second weeek of September you can see Tim Edword sit in his cabin and stamping the visas
