To my understanding as long as the PCC is not more than 3 months old when you submitted ur appplication, it's fine and accepted. There is no pcc expiry as such to my understanding. But Id like to verify this once more just to be a 100% sure. Can someone please confirm?

Canada in India (High Commission of Canada) Our offices across India are open during normal business hours from Monday-Friday.

CANZ so does dat means visa officers in ndvo are not on strike??..actually i have applied under spouse visa..my file has transferred to NDVO in April 2013.but i haven't heard anything from NDVO yet...my representative saying some officers of NDVO are on strike..

Canada in India (High Commission of Canada) For information on processing times and possible reasons for delays, please see: http://bit.ly/19PAlAv

Hey, even i visit their FB page, they are giving this standard reply to everyone... If u chk their wall everyone is equally effected. Students who have paid their university fees, wont be able to join this september...its really spoiling the future.
The PAFSO staff knows that thier work is important to the country, so they want equall pay standards similar to economists and other professionals which help the Canadian economy.
They also know this is the right time to go for strike...middle of the year, as many students and visitors would want to come to Canada.

they know this strike cant last too long as it will affect their business, it will be resolved quickly .. lets see how it goes

Hello aLL - Urgent help and answers required!! :( :( :(

My wife had submitted my sponsorship application a while ago and it was approved and we were waiting for the pp to be sent (no news yet). But the situation has come that I need to travel to US for my work (from my company) for an about 1 year. My questions are

1. Is it ok for me to travel to US at this period of time?
2. If I travel can I se d the passport to NDVO from US location where I will be residing.
3. If the answer yes, Can I enter Canada from US once the visa is stamped

Am so worried and confused not knowing what to do, whether I should travel to US or stay here in India. Request anyone of you to answer my questions ASAP to take any decision please
