Firstly thanks for creating and maintaining a new sheet in the absence of GulzarND. I am placed on line 9 on the sheet. Just wanted you to correct certain details on my line. The details which need to be corrected are highlighted below and would also appreciate if someone could update the formulas for everyone on the sheet. I am not sure what was done in that case. But if i had to do it, i will do the following
1. Send both new and old passports
2. Send in a new supplementary for including the old passports
3. Write a cover letter on why you didnt list it out initially and explain that now you are submitting a new form and all passports.

Hey guys! I just started to wonder and worry a bit ! I ( canadian sponsor) was previously married in Canada, before I got married to my Indian husband . I only sent a copy of the divorce certificate , not the separation agreement ? Is the separation agreement needed?

Kaashu, the status in e-cas is highly un-reliable and they don't update it. For a lot of people including myself it's still showing "medical's received". You have to be more patient and wait.

Around 25 days back, my spouse received an email with the following. However, there was no attachment to it.

After realizing that there seems to be some delays, I started investigating. Some people in the forum had the same problem. I have mailed the consulate and they have sent an automated msg saying it may take 28days to reply. For people who faced the same problem, I need some guidance.

1) Do they really take so much time to reply? What should be my next step. Please recommend.
2) If this was a passport request, I believe they have 30days for submission, but I believe by the time they will reply, I would have crossed that time. What shall I do? Is it a matter of concern?

Please suggest.
