Don't bother about the processing time shown on CIC's website. Most of the times it is wrong because they are not updating it regularly and properly. You can expect AOR in the first week of June.

Good Luck!

Not sure about separation agreement... I guess, if you have file number, then send a copy of the agreement to them and write a covering letter mentioning that you are sending copy of your separation agreement.

Dear FRIENDS,

I am new here in Canada and my husband is in Nepal we are filling out the forms now and my husband phoned for medical int he capital city and the lady said that the embassy needs to send him the Appendix c form and then only they can do his medical..........but for spousal sponsorship there is no appendix c even in new delhi instruction guide..........what is this?

You can even check this on this cic site in gather documents and medical instruction.

Are the medical practioner and the officials there in back home not updated about the change in October 2012 or what?

Hi guys !!
My passport has reached the NDVO today morning 13-05-2013.
I have read in some of the old posts in the forum stating that passport request will be at starting stage, if there is any travel history due to background check needs to be done in the countries travelled. & the ppr will be at ending stage for those who doesn't have travel history. Is this still the same ? or the NDVO has changed this ?

Hi thagasin,

you are right.. NDVO request passports during the initial stage of the process... what i have seen so far..does not matter if you have travel history of not...you still need to wait for 3-4 months for 90% cases....for rest of the 10 percent it takes about 30-60 days ( both with travel history and without travel history)

Hi Sumitkjoshi, you just received PPR 2 days ago. There a lot of people here that have had the PPR for the last 2 months without any word from the NDVO. It will take anywhere from 2-5 months from this point. Please sit tight and have patience as we are all waiting for the same thing.
