Called CIC inquiring about AOR and they are asking to call them back in 2 weeks with Canadapost receipt number and all....Very frustrating now....looks like i have already lost 45 days and counting...

I suspect they may have lost it...they have no information on it...call center saying they may not have been processed where i see everybody in this forum received AOR with in 2-3 weeks and it has passed the website time line....Whats a big deal for them if they send an inquiry to find my application rather than me calling them in 2 weeks and thn they will send it...

Just send the Courier through BlueDart without mentioning P.O. Box No. in the address. That would be fine. I hope it helps !!!

I have a question. Blue dart not accepting PO box address. Can you let me know how to send the PP to newdelhi .

Should I send it removing PO box and send by blue dart :

I am really impress from your information.i have a big question I just got married.my wife have haveva 3 kids her ex marrige. But her mother in law she alredy adopet her kids should in the application mention about the kid if yes so which part the application I should mention kindly guide me

Hi roam,

First of all, please stop running in all the Forums for the same question !!!

Have patience. You will get best answer here in this Forum itself.

Ok now here is the solution for you. When your Wife will receive the PPR, send them the FAX and also send NDVO a Letter explaining about the situation that your wife is working in USA. Don't forget to mention your wife's details along with the File/Application Number in the letter.

You can request them to send the second PPR in the end of the process. Similarly there was applicant (Indian Citizen) but working in UAE. So he got PPR second time and they called him to Visit NDVO in person and he got his PR Visa stamped in one day and he collected his PP next day.

The same way your wife can come to India (after her second PPR) and get her PR Visa Stamped. Never send her PP through Courier or through any other person. It is illegal and criminal offense.

Let me clear your another doubt. The second PPR will not delay the process. There is no connection of PP with the process. They just ask the PP and keep them in your file so that they can issue the PR immediately once the process is completed. That's it.

guys I have a question if some one can answer that would be great.

I applied to sponsor my wife as a PR and the visa office selected is New Delhi. She is Indian and is residing in USA for the past 6 months so I cannot select USA as visa office in the application as its less than one year in USA.
I got my SA yesterday and the file is transferred to New Delhi.
She is currently in USA on work (L1) Visa. I am expecting passport request in next 4 to 5 weeks.

Question:
When I get the passport request, can she send the passport to Delhi VO from USA or she has to find some one going to India and then mail it from there.
When the PR is approved and visa is stamped where will they send the passport to? is it residential address or mailing address.

In the application I gave residential address as USA and mailing address as India (where her parents stay).

Hi Gulzar,

I am not sure why it is so important the data I physically mailed the application (Feb 11) and the meds done (dec 17, 2012). The numbers that actually provide guidance are all there and are mainly the ones post date of receipt by Mississauga.

No they can't loose your package like that. Ok listen carefully, calling CIC call centre is very tricky. You have to keep them calling again and again till you get good Call Centre Executive and who will send a request to the processing team. Remember to keep the Courier or Canada Post Receipt and also the Payment Receipt of the FEES ready with you. You have to tell them the tracking number and date of application received by CIC.

When you talk to them, always tell them that you are worried because the website date has passed your Application Receiving date of CIC and also tell them that it is mentioned on the CIC website to contact them if the date of processing on the website has passed the Application date.

Keep them calling again and again and keep the request tone as well as keep on slightly insisting them on the passed date again and again. If Call Centre executive tells you that he or she has sent the request, after that don't call them just wait for two days and call them after two days and you will be done. This is the only way to get your approval from CIC in a faster way.

Thank you for the reply. If you don't mind have you send the pp to Newdelhi through Blue Dart? IF you have already send pp to them , will be thankful if you can share the method you used and address you used to send it . I can follow your way which will be a sure path . I just don't want to take a chance at this stage.
