I'm new to this group and glad to be a part of it.
I am sponsoring my wife, here are our timelines:
Medical done - 17/Nov/12
Application sent - 3/Jan/13
Application rec'd by CIC-M - 7/Jan/13
AOR - 25/Jan/13
Sponsorship approval - 13/Feb/13
Still waiting for the PPR. We are a bit worried now because from what I can see from this group, the majority of applicants who have sent the application in Jan have got the PPR already.
Anyone else who applied in Jan and yet to receive the PPR? Any advice - any use sending a query / email to ND?
Thanks in advance friends...

I have applied for work permit for myself, open work permit for my spouse & dependent visa for my son on 19th March 2013 at VFS center bangalore & till now i have not heard from CHC new delhi at all, i have queried them multiple times by e-mail but no reply from them at all...
when i track my visa application on vfs website, it says that the "Application is under processing", don't really understand why there is a huge delay for the process.
Hi,prasamp said:hi sr_rajesh123...
this forum is mainly for permanent resident applications for family class... you might have to query in temporary worker forum..
to my knowledge current processing time for Work permit applications in New delhi CHC is more than 1.5months... if you have got your medicals then post medicals it should be done in a week or two.. since you havent mentioned about medicals..i would advice you to wait...
also if you are applying with LMO or no LMO? that also is important to understand the timelines... if you are applying for intra company transfer then total processing would be anywhere between 2-3months.. please check the temporary worker forum topics in canadavisa.com you might get some clarity.
hope this helps
