I know.This wait is really painful...no words.But whats even more painful is the lack of interest shown by all 3 parties ..i.e. PLSRB...TB & PAFSO in resolving this issue. I mean..its been 5 months for fk sakes!! I have never seen any country's foreign visa officers on strike for so long.....its absolutely INSANE!

Is it true that there is a quota that CIC has to meet by October 2013? Then once they meet the quota of how many people got sponsored they take a break and start again in January? Someone told me this information. Do let me know.

hubby want to wait for few more days.. ma med is expiring on 31st oct...

There is no harm in applying now...and they wont come in a day..its takes minimum 30-35 days...i think you guys should apply and prepare yourself in case interview call is real as stated by your MP ( I wish not).......Gud Luck.

Don't worry about the Medical for now.

no they cant do that ......for family sponsorship.....its never happened...im talkin abt child and spouse only !! remaining yes they can do that

There (any) quotas are always more than what you can achieve in a given period of time. So don't worry they wont have time for a break.

Guys a qn... When does our address change at ecas from the Indian address to Canadian??? My status shows "in-process". Since Aug 20th they say they are processing my applcn...

Mine husband's address never changed to the Canadian one. And my husband received his visa and passport. Ecas is not reliable.

Once you have visa on your passport (end of the VISA story). Ecas and its information does not matter.
