If you have sent your medical report in a single package with your main application, you don't get " Medical Received" in e-cas. If ndvo had emailed you to send medical report after you submit your main application package, you should see it.

I'm not sure!! I submitted my medical report with the application but I see Medicals received in e-cas right from the day i saw application received..

this is not right i send my medical with my application and in my ecase they show medical and application recieved

i am going to apply for gcms notes and looking for help to fill out the forms.thx in advance
below are problems....
how many forms i need to submit?

if you already submitted your application:
- name of office where the application was submittted= ? (i filled new delhi, not sure wrong or right, plz suggest)
- location of office=?
- under declaration, should my wife sign as well as she is going to apply for gcms or just my signature are needed?

under last column signature and date.
should my wife sign this ? coz she is applying from canada.
