Yes , just now I checked and the e-cas was updated and says "application received" and additionally says " medical report received" i am so relieved that it wasn't lost in the confusion!!! Now waiting for what ? Anybody know what comes next? Passport request?

Hi my case is transferred to ND on 12/04/13.....my wife has only paid half of the fee so far....when will they ask for rest of the fee and will it be before ppr or afterwards.

I think it must be before the PPR as if they have to make sure that no dues are pending at the time of stamping VISA on your PP

If you select "Access to Inf Under Act, you will be charged $5. But under privacy act you don't need to pay any single dollar.

I received passport request on 18th April and we sent it on 22nd and they received it on 23rd April.

Nothing to worry about Guddi...
This is just a minor mistake. They might be acting so fast that they forget to attach the file

Most of the times you receive any emails from CIC, you cannot reply back as they are for sending emails out.

I think now you have 2 options to reply back to them regarding the missing attachment
1. Email: Email them using the on-line URL that was provided to you when you have received your SA
2. FAX: Write some cover letter with your file number and mention that you have received an email from NDVO dated:--- and in the email it is mentioned that see the attachment, but there is no attachment in the email. You can ask them to resent the email with an attachment.
I think you can also print the email that came from NDVO and can fax the same along with your cover letter

I just email them with my situation on below email id

Lets hope for the best.. i wish everyhing will be fine in my case..

My file was transferred on february 20th. All the March and April applicant have PPR Why not me

or my application file has been misplaced..... I am worried now.. Is there anyone January Applicant who haven;t received PPR yet ...

Has ur status updated to "medical received" or not yet? and does ur principal applicant has travel history??
