Hey JN 009, sorry abt my late reply.
My ecas shows 'Application received' and 'Medical results' received (Medical update has been added recently).
I have been ordering GCMS just to make sure I'm not missing anything.
GCMS shows that 'Eligibility' and 'Medicals' are in progress. 'Security' & 'Criminality' are not started yet.

Hope to hear back something good soon. This patience testing phase is getting over the edge.
I'm tentatively planning for an India trip in October, if I don't hear anything before that. I can't wait to see my wife!

ya and anyways Canada has 1-2 months of summer...otherwise u always need a jacket so don't buy too much of summer wear....concentrate more on full sleeves and hoodies....

Just to let some people on this forum know, if you read my post clearly, it says that i got a call from my wife who is in canada. my wife got a call from the immigration firm, through whom we applied our application with. the firm represents both of us. so any update that is done is sent to our represenattive. he received an email, saying that NDVO want me to come pick up passport on 20th of august. Please read carefully, then post your comments. good luck to you all.

hi arjun. i am new to this forum and i have been following this forum for months. congrats. I have noticed that you are the one who got the visa very soon. Its really shocking too.when all jan, feb and march applicants are waiting, how come this possible and that too when strike is going on!!???!!!
I m just saying this out of shock, curiosity, wonder!!any way once again congrats!!
update us once you get the passport in hand and tomo is aug 20th wats have you decided..??Are you going to pick your passport??
