Can someone please explain to me:

Where is the spreadsheet, what it is and how can you check it? I'm a bit lost and confused.

ppl are getting calls to collect passport these days....may b they are trying to reduce mailing time....

its just 2012 applicants who got calls !!

there is a reason behind those calls - coz they were urgent -- as the medicals were about to expire. And i cant see any urgency or something in ur case -- so calling you for collecting pp is kinda hard to belv - and moreover now hardly any 2013 applicant is getting any calls -- they are getting pp via mail only. NO HARD FEELINGS - BUT SRSLY I DONT TRUST U !!

You don't have to trust me. That's your choice. However, thousands of people apply for spousal sponsorhip to canada from around the globe each year, and all of them are not listed on this forum. Just to let you know, it's not a case of medcial expiring, so that NDVO can issue visa, cuz they have in the past and can in the future ask you to provide medical again, which is not a big issue.

They do call. My friend's husband applied for her last year. NDVO sent her letter twice to submit passport, but she never received the letter and did not apply for gcms as she was not aware of it. So an officer called her and explained that they had requested for passport twice, so if she can submit now asap, they will issue the visa but she will have to leave for canada in 12 days. Check 2012 forum, many people received calls.

Happened in our case too, NDVO sent PP request+docs to the wrong email, passed 3 months and meanwhile I got GCMS delayed + MP inquiry, they called my friends # in India ( my folks are in Canada ) so they could confirm address
So they do call, not just for PP pickups

Last year my bro wife got visa by mail no body call and that case take 8 month

how is ur status not changing since 2010? I wonder what the problem is. I get worried looking at ur case cuz i cant wait 3 years to be united with my husband. thats crazy

High commision is very strange in file processings... Applied as FSW being a physiotherapist I though I would get PR in a years time...but here I am still stuck hanging no where since last 3 years.. :'( :-\ :-\ :-\

Straight Forward PR... dont have the courage of second marriage...one is good enough.. Kidding no offence pls..

Yes, AFAIK - don't know if they call just like that if regular methods contact fail or meds expire

yeah i completely understand ur point -- and this time they got calls coz the processing was already done and case was delayed due to the strike and they called them to collect pp to avoid any further delay as they had to land before the medical expires.

well to b very frank - i don't have any hard feelings with you n i hardly know you -- but whatever u r saying is really hard to belv -- plus m,pretty sure its hard to belv for other members to - they say it or not!! That's it !!

anyways if its true - thn have a great great life ahead and if its not thn may u get ur visa soon n join ur wife asap - good luck !!

don't worry dear u will get it soon.....in 2012 forum some got it in 77 days and some still waiting anything can happen....pls don't tk it to your heart I can understand what u goin thru we all are in the same boat just believe u are goin soon....next week more good news coming.... now the blast of DM's start s yeaaaaaaaaaa
