Hi Buddies,

i need u r advice recently i received my notes in which first officer comments marriage is genuine recommend for interview wavier n then next officer notes interview required and PA has not submit his birth certificate. so friends what u suggest me should i send my birth certificate or not to high commission.

i sponsored my wife last year 2014 dec...i send complete package to cic...i got a letter from cic that my sponsorship approved and file has been forwarded to Delhi visa office..can someone share his experience ...how much time visa office will take???? ...what is the first step of visa office and when they will ask for PPR....????

No idea how long. My file is in process since sept 2014 and in process since then.

if u could also let me know one thing they asked for 2 pics and one should have complete address with phone number of photographer along with date pic was taken so mine only has photographers stamp that doesn't have his number and date but I have enclosed the slip and envelope of photographer where it has complete address with date.
Now I am worried if they will not process it and return it any idea?

hello dear friend my advice for is to send prove or ur relationship as much as u can like phone call history or chat whatever prove that shows that u guys are in touch with eachother ur next question sure send ur Birth certificate don't let any corner empty other wise cic New Delhi is looking for excuse to delay because they are very lazy hope I answer ur question

thanks for such gud advice n i already sent some photographs of recent india visit of my wife n phone bills with call details , skype , whatsapp history n birth certificate also.

HI, I have a question regarding my husband coming to Canada after issuance of his visa by April 1st and his visa expires after more than 6 months. my question: He has some staff like his job and family issues to finish and until he prepares it may take 2 and maximum 3 months, but I myself plan to go and then come with him together back to Canada; does it cause any problem if he come after 2- 3 months, or he should leave other staff and come soon? any body has idea please share
