You can contact them if your marital status changed or withdrawing application; change of address; if a child is born and need to add his/her name...for loosing jobs; change of jobs you don't have to inform them

my status never changed - has been showing inproces from the beginning- but in notes it shows file location RFV and all checks completed.

What does your eligibility status show ? did the visa officer comment on your eligibility !!

SPR means Sponsor. "spr eligibility - passed" means the sponsorship portion of the application is passed. This is usually done by CIC-M
tfr eligibility (Status Open) means the file is eligible for transfer from one office to the other.
in progress spr means the sponsorship part of the application is in progress.

that mean on my file they start nothing. Everywhere its written not started not started. Dnt knw what are they doing with our files
