I once heard from an older person that in life you dont worry about things you cannot control..
I consider this process is one of those and we just have deal with the scenario ......

I am visiting my girl next month....but the worse part of this is when i return back and if she still didnt get the visa...I have to leave and come..
I am worried abt that...

Well he's been MIA since I joined this forum ie in April 2013. He did come back for a day or so and he became MIA again. Hope he got his PRV and is in Canada with his partner.

Thanks dear I am doing just that and I feel your pain as I am going through the exact same thing. My husband came down to celebrate our birthdays(mine was on 30th and his on 10th) and we had hoped that I would get the visa during his visit(As I completed 120 days on 9th July) but unfortunately I didn't coz of this strike. But yet I didn't let that affect our relationship in any way. I am here surrounded by friends and family whereas he's all alone there dealing with work and home. Gotta be strong for us as I can't afford to go weak. I have faith in God that one day we will be together.

I pray for each one of us here that we get through this period soon. I would still recommend you to make this trip and make the most of it. Don't mention the visa for one bit during your trip and enjoy your time together (That's what I did). Its not worth to waste your time on negative things infact have happy times and make amazing memories. Don't let anyone get the better of you including the visa office.

There is no news about strike. If the strike end will they speed the work or will they do at same pace like they are not looking at our files right now.
