Thanks man!

Hi All

I have added my daughter as dependent back in April 2014 and submitted e-medicals confirmation along with the required documents

Now i received an e-mail asking us to complete my daughter's medical and they sent the new form and gave 60 days

I Don't understand this how can they be so careless we have completed the medicals upfront as per there instructions earlier.

I replied to new Delhi attaching the confirmation letter received from Panel Physician and telling them that it was sent already back in April.

Not sure how much delay this will cause again.. i mean they have all the required documents now and they are careless and don't even look the documents submitted............

hello
I dint ask much question in this forum ,but I visit the forum regular and it help me lot to know what exactly going on . but from last 1 month I am very much worried about my spousal file.
I applied my wife's file on first week of Sept 2013 & they received the file on 20th Sept 2013 .medical also done and its been received by them which they updated .they called for passport on 20th October 2013,after a very long period of gap CIC ask for additional document on 20th June 2014,which they received on 5th July 2014,later no updates from them ,still it showing Application Received .
its going to be 1 year on 20th Sept 2014.
Medical already expired ,but still no re-medical request from Canadian Immigration.
PCC I think valid for 1year ,may be that too expired ,even if they need new PCC ,my wife will not able to apply as passport is with them .
mean while I also done local MP enquiry ,I got reply saying that New Delhi Immigration have all my file and additional document with them ,but the officer not revived yet.
I don't understand what's going on ,if they know its more than 12 month process than why they call for passport so early ,holding other country passport for long time its not good.
can any one suggest ,what more i can do from my end, As day passing by its getting more complicated and hard to explain my wife and family .....
kindly help me with suggestion ....

as RKS had said the delay is due to increasing the processing time to 15 months. You do not have to do PCC again even if it had expired. Only when there is considerable delay (say like almost 2 years with some 2012 applicants) NDVO would ask you to redo PCC. Just tell your family that the processing time had been increased to 2 years (that way you are covered) and to your wife 'it could be tomorrow or few months later..don't know but it will be over soon'

Hello Peerzad,
You, me, and VIP_faker are the only ADR applicants left from the spreadsheet who did not move to the next stage (get IP, re-medical, or interview) yet. Three ADR applicants received a reply last week, so let's hope we will get some news this week.

My god that is ridiculous. 7 months!! God willing you will get your visa soon. Its very unfortunate to have to go through this turmoil. Did they request you to provide additional documents? Also did they send you a remedical request after your application went to in process. You should order your notes if you haven't yet. Also contact your MP.
no interview, no ADR in ma case... I had ma remedical on 23 May but no change in status yet.. It's just application received n IP.. No update regarding medical..ya I will do mp inquiry soon..

Hi senior members,

Can you please tell me how many 2013 applicants are stuck on IP? And can anyone tell me after how much time if your status stays IP should you apply for GCMS notes? A lot of 2014 applicants are still stuck on IP. I wonder wth these NDVO officers are doing. Why dont they clear the pending cases.

I have been ip since August 2nd. no update. I ordered notes and Made mp request. just waiting for a response.

Good Morning ;D

Wish I had better news on this Monday - I am officially entering month 8 of "in process" The last update I had from our MP was that his file is in the 'background' check and that the MP will contact Immigration again at the end of October if we don't hear anything...

Apparently the worker on our file has noted that it has been a long time (7-8 months) since the interview....

Hope there is some better news for everyone else than what I have...
