Thanks a lot vikas .. Id like to quote one of ur previous comments.. I dint ask ndvo to skip files and start working on mine so fast.. But now that they have .. Why can't they jus issue the visa ?? I mean I don't have re medicals coz my wife did her medicals on nov 15 .. N we haven't got any ADR.. No red flags that we can think of .. Love arranged marriage .. Same background education.. Same religion .. Same age .. She's 6 months younger .. Dated for 8 years before we got married .. Don't know what's the wait now for .. Did u have ADR or interview request or remeds?? I know they have somehow changed the system of sending PPR later ., but I had submitted my passport in jan itself when I got PPR with aor.. Now each day is getting really long stressful ..

No buddy, no ADR, no remedicals nothing. Even I submitted my passport in january. God only knows whats going on.

Hello people , i just received an email from NDVO requesting for PCC from Singapore and england but i have already provided that in may after receiving AOR2 from NDVO requesting for landing fee and PCC . i have replied on email and sent the scanned copies of PCC with the tracking number of the courier .what else is required to be done ? Kindly put down your suggestions .

if you already submitted it then make sure that its old email or they again asked you to submit it....so now only one option asked ur MP to find out whts going on....

print a card which says 'not yet...you will be the first person to know when visa arrives' and give it to them before they open their mouths or gold chain around your neck with a sign 'not yet..don't ask'

write down unprintable curse words in a card and tear it....most of the times each department does not know what the other does...not much you can do and if they are in a working mood they might acknowledge your email....

Hi there .. I'm a dec 9th applicant.. My application went into in process on 31st July.. We dint get any ADR or call or for interview or anything .. But I see a few people who had their in process around the same time got decision made .. So it's kinda getting me worked up.. Does anyone know how long it usually takes ?? W2E ?? Any pointers .. ?? Looking forward for some responses ..

for Dec applicants its just 8th month but the processing time is 13 months...so relax in 9th month you sure get gud news...every case is different and every VO is also different who works on ur file..

I just noticed that my application changed to In Process.

Below are the timelines:

1) Application received 25th Nov.
2) Application started processing since 4th Aug.

Hopefully will get Visa soon...

rksandhu it's not an old mail becoz the letters are of today's date . Now they have specifically asked for england and singapore , but when i rcvd a generic mail in april for pcc and landing fee , i applied for pcc (singapore and england)in april and sent the originals in may . i doubt i need to send em again and i dont know about MP enquiry as my wife is here with me since we got married .

I mean to say that for eg-when we applied our file everyone send fees and pcc but after few months we again received email to submit them 'if already not submitted' so maybe its genetic mail and they didn't open ur file yet and didn't know that you already send it.....
for MP enquiry if ur already wife is here so another option is if someone knows you guys in Canada ask them to go to MP office and talk to them...or you find out through internet that whoz ur local MP and you write an email to him...and asked that ur wife's behalf that she is here and she wants to know abt dere file. ...
or w2e better explain it bcoz he is also here in whole process of dere application..

yeah hope so...sometimes I m thinks that the VO's job are best bcoz no one pressurized them to complete a file. ..even they received bonus of holidays whether its Indian holidays or Canadian holidays...lucky morons

Hi RKS, my medical will expire in another 10 days and i am in process since 11th July. Now if i receive re-medical request, in that case , do i have to send NDVO , the receipt of my re-medicals as a proof and also at which address?. Kindly advise. Thanks.
