good for you if you feel you r special, but reality is different, they are processing in a sequence and when they open anyone's file, they just check the marriage pics, red flags and medical expiry,
they do check if you are working or dependent on government but they won't give a damn what you do how much you make. I am 200% sure for that because I am observing the trends for last 8 months.

Well!! I never said/wrote that i am special, but yes i do believe that there is no harm in thinking that "we are born special" and God have made each one of us like that, may be in different ways

'Sequence' is a big thing for sure but then we have seen some 'Lucky' cases as well like Dec 2013 getting IP before Nov 2013 applicants. Non of us can confirm wat NDVO is upto. Its just Wait and Watch for all of us... If actually nothing is in our hands then its better to be positive about your self and your case

Lucky good reason behind this?hard to think.its just that there might be a nice sophisticated and a logical person who looked into his file..if they consider education backgrounds,honeymoon than May be I would have been on the first of their list.Me and my wife stayed together for 2 years travelled all across the globe and both are highly qualified and wedding there was more than 1000 invitees..but mera bhai he s just lucky and a big congratulations..enjoy the moment...Sooner or later everyone will get their visa..

that is wat .. "Just Lucky" and that cud be the lucky good reason apart from other reasons that he/she might be having.

I agree with chatwant and bless us that one needs to be "lucky" to get ip like vikas....Im happy for vikas to be in process as he shared the gr8 news with all of us..... also it is a kind of msg that ndvo is hastening its speed for some reasons, a guess of course.... they might be clearing all 2013 cases till oct, touchwood - again a highly optimistic attitude....tc guys, "GOD'S IN HIS HEAVEN/ ALL'S WELL WITH THE WORLD"......So enjoy the week with lot of dm and ip....

NDVO has not sent any passport request to any Nov onwards applicants, the people who sent their passports are the one's who got confused the the general AOR email that NDVO sends

I'm nov 6 2013 applicant, they have requested my passport in feb 1st 2014, but they have posted back my passport without any explanation or information by post yesterday!
I confused...,
My application was complete and all necessary docs were attached along with the submission of the application...!
Now I don't kno wat to do...
Any information and direction to me?

I am an October 3 applicant with no updates. Received the GCMS notes which we had applied mid June and there is a line which says "PA's medical is not scanning correctly a copy remains on the file". Everything else looks normal on the GCMS notes. Do you all think we should be proactive and mail CIC with a copy of this notes asking whether there is any issue with medical and should we do a re-medical? Has anyone else received this before??
