Just had a talk in delhi high commission canada they are on strike but are working on applications of spouse as well nothing is withdrawn in delhi... Thank god ...

im so sorry hope they get it very soon.....kept yr marriage aside means ... u already in a long dist relationship? and then u will apply after your parents get the visa

..no, I never ventured into one to avoid delay/conflict and settlement plans - in other words, I decided to get married only folks have their visa and then I can plan my future. Lot of plans are subject to this piece of stamp as I am only child and I am the only who will take care of them, this means sacrificing my own life so be it

Lot of my acquaintances left their parents back home and their life becomes very tough, where son/daughter visits once a year. Although they are happy for their kids, but they miss them and don't say much and I never wanted my folks to be in that position

that's for sure they are working but slow......otherwise 2012 ppl wldnt get calls for visa......they gonna give visa's in a bulk.......just wait ppl.......

ya I understand your position....my hubby sponsored his parents in 2008 and they leaving for Canada for good next month......they got their visa in feb 2013....hope your parents get it soon.....so u can go ahead plan your life once they are with u

That they are working on spouse visas too... it is slow but work is on they havnt withdrawn any services... icalled in delhi high commission some lady picked up a call may be receptionist... She answered me this i hope its true hoping for best...

I can imagine for newly weds, 1st year is the intro year where it all begins and here half the conv is abt visa
If I were to plan this, would ask him/her to get canada/us visa from tour perspective and try to do it inland or one of my friends did, she came here ,married in church and then went back to India, they got it within 7 months

I know thats the truth ! I and my hubby have stayed together for more than 20 days since we got married ! I so miss himmm

parents come first.. eventhough they r happy but they miss thm.. n we guys busy in our work with our family n we tke thm secondry thts rlly bad... good tht u want to apply for ur parents first
