I woke up from the bed and received sms from my wife saying she got a interview call from
Ndvo.
I called her n asked what they were asking about
She did good and I hope everything will be OK.
I'm a October 8 applicant.

I'm leaving to work and for sure will tell all the questions they have asked.

Popeye! Can u please share ur entire timeline...when does ur meds expire?

Also please share the question asked to ur wife! Will be helpful for all of us! Also how long did this conversation last?

right now nothing from my representatives side...in Sept about d passport request they send an email to me after dat nothing else...what are u say can we talk to our representative dat he can checked dat is dere message from NDVO's side..?

by representative I assume you mean MP and not your lawyer..go ahead and ask your MP to find out the status of your application...what are you going to loose iexcept he/she might repeat what NDVO says 'still within processing time' (this is worst case scenario) on the other hand he/she might be persistent and ask NDVO provide real answers about status of application

that was fun with meghana trying to figure out my gender and location while myrah and others who knew who I was were giving her a hard time...I don't want to reveal my identity now since it will be a national threat to new government (we don't want to give Modi a crisis, do we?) so let it remain a mystery and new government enjoy its honeymoon for a while...Coming saturday, there will be be many 'omg' moments..get ready for a blast....

How can i update my timeline?

you have to write 10 posts in order to able to add timelines..so say 'thank you' or 'I love NDVO' 10 times and you will be able to add your timeline...

I am a Sep 18th applicant and received my notes yesterday.. And as usual NDVO doesnt fail to disappoint.. nothing have started except for medicals passed and expired.. Would it be advisable to ask for my passport back at this stage as an integral part of my job profile is travelling abroad and I have not been able to do so since submitting my passport in Nov and as such facing difficulties in my job front. Was hoping to see some movement in my file this month but after receiving the notes the hopes have burned down to ashes. Any suggestions anyone?? Can i ask for my passport back and submit it later when they ask for it or decide to do something with the file?

you can ask for your passport and resubmit whenever they are ready to issue your visa...

You have not given your timeline complete. If sep applicant and your files transferred to NDVO latest by October you will hear the progress in a fortnight time. Wishing you a speedy visa.

Sunsweet, I have a question for you:

Sep 2013 applicants got their files transferred pretty early in October itself.

But then Nov and Dec applicants did not get their files transferred that early. It took almost 1.5 months for the fiels to get transferred. In my case, file got transferred only in Jan end.

Now I am still going off of the application date and not the file trasnfer date to estimate when i will get my PP with visa. Would you agree or disagree and if so why?
